Depending on the limitations of the items being worked on, we can work on many materials, including glass, crystal, wood, most metals, and most plastics/acrylics.

Most custom jobs will start will start between $30 and $50 dollars depending on the item to be engraved and what will be engraved on said item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give a precise answer until we know the specifics of your order since our pricing system is determined based on the item being engraved, which machine the item will be engraved with, and what is being engraved on your item.

The exact lead time depends on our current availability and the machine being used to engrave, but we generally have a lead time of about 5-7 business days.

Please note that large or complicated orders will have a longer lead time. Lead times do not usually exceed one month.

We will use one of six machines to complete your order. We have a diamond drag CNC machine, a sand carving machine, a hot stamp embossing machine, and three different lasers (CO2, infrared, and fiber).

All three of our lasers live at our storefront location, while our three other machines all live at a local secondary location. Our team handles each machine personally.
